They are awesome. I order to go each Saturday and each time it's ready in 10 minutes. I always ask for a large variety of dipping sauces and they always make sure I have 3 of each sauce. I would highly recommend ordering to go they're super nice and fast.

This IHOP is a good one at night. Stay away from the Coral Springs one at Night. Its sad we have to go out of our way to get good IHOP at night.

The first thing I heard while waiting to be seated was a server arguing with a cook about not sharing her tips with him. nice first impression. Funny thing is that the manager was standing right there listening and even joined in the conversation to explain how shared tipping works. The seating areas are nice, despite the age of the restaurant. They must have redone them recently. At one point, a large group was walking past our table, and our waitress tried to stop them by saying "hey hey". Then another waitress told her that someone up front had told them to go to a table. It seemed a little rude of her to react that way. The iced tea was fresh brewed and delicious! The food was cooked properly, and delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. Overall, a good experience.

Visiting this location with a friend last week was an experience I won't soon forget. Having three kids, I enjoy the IHOP experience because I can order my favorite crepe breakfast anytime of the day or night and the kids eat free. Arriving at this location, we were met by our server Christine and a completely empty restaurant. It was only 9 o'clock and I was shocked to see we were the only customers. Christine sat us down and took our coffee order. Thereafter, I ordered a crepe combination meal and my friend ordered a sandwich. In the background and high in the sky from an air conditioning duct was this loud and high pitch sound, much like a smoke detector. When questioned about this, Christine said this noise had been around for days and that she could do nothing about it. Our food arrived. Not only were my crepes cold, the hash browns I ordered with it were ice cold as if they just came out of the freezer. My eggs were okay. I waited on Christine to return but she was too busy playing with her telephone behind the counter in this empty restaurant. Finally, I yelled across the room that my food was cold. She came over and took my hash browns away. This particular IHOP experience was the worst in all my time eating at there. I have eaten at several different locations - never here. Now I know why the restaurant was completely empty at 9 o'clock at night. One star to this particular IHOP as I cannot leave zero stars. I will never return here. Plain and simPle this Place sucks. it took forever to get our meals and the waitress was not very a tentative. I'm surprised this place stays in business with it type of Personnel they have there. save your money and go elsewhere

My family and I were at this IHOP this morning, (1/12/14). The service was horrible! We ordered the spinach & mushroom omelette, with the pancakes that come with it. The omelette a came with no spinach and hardly any cheese. When we asked the waitress why there wasn't any spinach in our spinach omelette sage said they were out of spinach. Why didn't she tell us that before? We compiled and she got nasty. She never came back and asked if we wanted refills for our drinks and she strutted around the restaurant batting her long fake eyelashes like she was walking down a fashion show runway. My niece didn't eat her omelette with no spinach and only are the pancakes, we got charged $5.00 for this crappy cold pancakes. I spoke with the manager and he argued with me and told me I was wrong and took their side of the waitress. The manager and staff here are different and no one cares. They need to get rid if everyone in there. These people are horrible and have run this location into the ground. I won't ever go here again, lost my business.

Zero complaints. I order take-out breakfast once a week and the order is perfect every time. Delicious.
